I believe bliss is a spiritual experience
and you can't find this without first learning how to play
make mistakes and have fun
but it's hard to experience bliss until you've learned how to surrender to what you cannot control
It's more fun to roll with life most time and of course control what you can but let go of what you cannot and hand that over to the universe or your higher self.
Our joy lies in the idea that many times life does not unfold the way we always expect or plan
but it does unfold the way that is right for each of us.
Giving us exactly what we need without losing anything.
Oftentimes the result is even better than what we could have ever imagined.
because we opened ourselves up to infinite possibilities.
Embracing the unknown in your life is like watching a good movie and waiting for the next clue as to what could come next with curiosity and excitement.
What you discover along the way in your life is important.
and it all relates back to you being able to see the beauty and bringing awareness to the synchronicities
Your life is your greatest work of art.
We are all artists in that way.
and you get to create your life any way you'd like.
That's the fun part
and having fun I believe is a spiritual experience.
Your life is your greatest work of art
and it all relates back to the synchronicities.
and having fun I believe is a spiritual experience
and it all relates back to the synchronicities
Your life is your greatest work of art
and it all relates back to the synchronicities

Return to innocence
Innocence is the highest form of love
Bringing yourself back to your childlike innocence by connecting with your inner child is pure love
This is a concept that's fairly new to many of us
we have to connect with our childlike innocence and curiosity to tap into our true essence
This innocence is in each and every one of us
we all have the ability to tap into this pure innocence any time we'd like
It's our natural state
and this is ultimately the game to play
If you can see this in yourself you can begin to see it in others
It brings an entirely new level of compassion to the mix
and a way to bridge the gap between what's blocking us from loving each other, experiencing the beauty of our lives, knowing true bliss and ultimately loving ourselves.
Regaining the innocence within ourselves frees us from suffering.
We are perfect just the way we are.

Coming up from the valley of the shadow of woke
took a look at my life and realized what was broke
I've been holding back for so long and
now that I believe my mind is strong
Got a heart centered vision when I lost all my mind
Got a whole bunch of love and a whole bunch of time
With a pocket full of crystals and a sound light code
All about the pendulums
baby lets flow
Free your energy
Free, free your inner chi
Free your energy
Free, free, energy
Breathe slow and low
Slow you roll
Now you're in the flow
Now you know
What do you notice
How do you focus
The energy of love
from within and up above
DNA activation
Family constellation
Light code downloads
Take you on the high road
to raising your vibration
Galactic Federation
Breaking the chain of our fate
and opening the gate to higher states
Starseed energy
divinity
it's what we're here for
It's your nature
it's at your core
tune into what you feel it's what's real
Free your energy
Free, free your inner chi
Free your energy
Free, free, energy
Free your energy
Free, free your inner chi
Free your energy
Free, free, energy

Ride That Wave (432hz)

Ride that wave
In the flow
Of your life
Don't ya know
Ride that wave
In the flow
Of your life
Don't ya know
Creating a calm disposition sets the stage for you to receive what the world has to offer
When you're able to receive what the world has to offer you automatically build trust that you will receive what you want in your life.
Why is this important?
Ride that wave
In the flow
Of your life
Don't ya know
Ride that wave
In the flow
Of your life
Don't ya know
You could say our ability to receive depends on what we learned from our parents
What we did or didn't get
and our level of trust that we'll be taken care of and in the universe's abundance
Many of us grew up in households that weren't perfectly nurturing
So our ability to receive was compromised
Receiving became something we needed to learn how to do on our own
and for some of us
we're still learning
If you're not allowing yourself to take in the goodness life has to offer by acknowledging your wins and receiving love from others
you will always be searching
and never feel like you are doing enough
Ride that wave
In the flow
Of your life
Don't ya know
Ride that wave
Of your life
Ride that wave
Ride that wave
Ride that wave
Ride that wave

Take me away
to a place I can sway
Take me away
from the pain of yesterday
Tell me about this thing called love
From within and way up above
The blame shame and projections that you generate and put into the world come back to you.
What I mean by this is that the way we perceive and define others is a reflection of how we actually feel about ourselves.
Conversely, the degree to which you hold compassion for yourself is the degree to which you'll be able to hold and express compassion for another person.
If you don't like parts of yourself, you're not going to like the parts of you that you see in other people either.
A simpler way of saying this is
You are the practice
Devotion to self care and self love is truly a practice.
Especially considered it was neither modeled for us nor encouraged or taught.
When we matter to ourselves first,
the rest of life falls beautifully into place.
Even and especially with our relationships
The confidence of self love is an expression of unconditional love for self.
Think of someone in your life who exudes self love.
Their energy spills out onto others and uplifts the people and environment around them.
Take me away
to a place I can sway
Take me away
from the pain of yesterday
Tell me about this thing called love
From within and way up above
This is so beautiful because it opens us up to a place of less judgment in what we're seeing in other people.
Which is really about ourselves.
and into a place of more options and choices
Making yourself the practice helps you become aware of your habits patterns and projections
Once you're aware of those things, you can instantly begin to repair your relationship with yourself.
Take me away
to a place I can sway
Take me away
from the pain of yesterday
Tell me about this thing called love
From within and way up above
Take me away
to a place I can sway
Take me away
from the pain of yesterday
Tell me about this thing called love
From within and way up above
Take me away
to a place I can sway
Take me away
from the pain of yesterday
Tell me about this thing called love
From within and way up above
Way up above
Way way up above
